Job Description:

We are seeking responsible and courteous taxi drivers to transport passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations within Krakow and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of the local area, and a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a taxi and follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Pick up passengers at prearranged locations and as hailed on the street.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed.
• Handle passenger luggage and other belongings.
• Use navigation tools to determine the best route.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
• Provide friendly and professional service to all passengers.
• Handle payments, both cash and electronic, accurately and securely.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel, and passenger information.

Requirements:

• Valid International or Polish driving license (category B).
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Krakow and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
