Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortably seated.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders, and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet our quality standards.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, address any concerns, and provide recommendations from our menu.
• Table Maintenance: Keep tables clean and organized, promptly clear dishes, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not required. We provide training for enthusiastic candidates.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
• Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
