Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Manual Worker at our sawmill facility in Germany. As a Manual Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting in various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the sawmill.

Responsibilities:

• Operating manual saws and other equipment to cut and shape lumber according to specifications.
• Sorting and stacking wood products for storage or shipment.
• Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manual labor or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of machinery and tools used in the sawmill industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Fluent in German (both verbal and written) is preferred.
