Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Steel Structure Fitters to assemble and install structural steel components for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel construction, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Align, fit, and assemble steel components using hand and power tools.
• Install steel structures, including beams, columns, and braces, ensuring they are level and plumb.
• Use hoisting equipment to position components accurately.
• Weld and bolt structural elements securely.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the structural integrity and accuracy of installations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Steel Structure Fitter or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of welding and metal fabrication techniques.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools.
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices.
• Basic communication skills in Polish or willingness to learn.
